Job Description

Your Responsibilities:

  • Implementation of standardized and efficient Sales and Marketing & Customer Service processes in CRM platform based on international alignments 
  • Take active part in relevant CRM meetings with esp. IT, Marketing, Customer Service, external service providers
  • Follow up and creation of CRM KPI’s, e.g. opportunity management, lead management and activity management
  • Provide CRM related trainings to key stakeholders, especially KAMs and Sales Manager
  • Functional Management of local Key Users worldwide (1st level Support, Training, Controlling)
  • Responsible for Communication Channel Key User (creating/ maintaining Training Manuals, Lessons Learned, FAQ)
  • Support KAM/Sales Manager in definition and maintenance of customer structure in CRM with regards also to the SAP customer master data/customer hierarchies
  • Support implementation and maintaining of Territory Management; 
  • CRM license & user management in collaboration with the global CRM responsible
     

Your Profile:

  • Education: University degree in Sales and/or Marketing or equivalent education 
  • Experience: 3 years of working experience in Automotive IAM, ideally experience within an international environment 
    • Strong Experience with Salesforce CRM Software
    • IT skills (esp. SAP R/3, Business Warehouse, Microsoft), data analysis abilities 
    • Willingness to travel globally for meetings/trainings
  • Language skills: Fluent English skills
  • Personality:
    • International cross-cultural skills / Good communication and presentation skills to train colleagues globally
    • Team oriented and used to work independently
    • Holistic thinking and open-minded, loving to work solution-oriented on cross functional concepts/processes
    • Proactive manner, workload resistance as well as assertiveness, self-confident and empathic manner
