I’ve been with MANN+HUMMEL for more than 20 years. MANN+HUMMEL to me is more than just a company. How we started, who we are, what we have become, where we plan to go. Our story is unique in so many ways.
We have grown our business enormously over the past years, acquired new businesses and supported our customers with new facilities. We also launched new innovations, and never wavered from who we are: A family owned, international, value based, technology focused, customer centric company.
The management of MANN+HUMMEL places a high focus on innovation to bring us to the future. As I have shared previously, what brings us here will not get us there. Its imperative that we constantly challenge ourselves, to bring us out from our cubes and get creative!
Incube supports MANN+HUMMEL's greater strategic goals by giving individuals and teams an atmosphere where they can develop new ideas, outside of the typical constraints of the business world. By looking at filtration through a new lens, we can envision unconventional solutions to problems that may exist. These new ideas can be industrialized – or brought to life – under the MANN+HUMMEL structure to create revenues and drive profitability for our company into the future. We aim to create the corporate unicorn that will brings us into next steps.

Through these coaching experiences, the team is ensured that they are cultivating their ideas and recognizing constraints and possibilities, while also gaining unique insights into the backgrounds, experiences and ideas of these individuals that thrive in start-up environments.
I'd like to see our MANN+HUMMEL team be more entrepreneurial, better in decision-making process as well as faster in execution to deliver business impacts. This motivated and inspired environment that Incube creates shouldn't be limited just to the Incube teams, but spread throughout the organization.
