Incube 4 Leaders Roles & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for creating a new venture within MANN+HUMMEL, with the plan to incubate and ultimately scale a new stand-alone business. With a strong mandate for innovation and leadership, you will work alongside in a team of varying backgrounds to create a vision and roadmap for new business, products or service lines. You may possibly architect the future of this disruptive intrapreneurship opportunity within MANN+HUMMEL.
Main duties and responsibilities
Business Concept Blueprint
- Develop solutions to address meaningful problems and opportunities, ensuring both creativity and relevance to deliver business impact
- Develop vision, roadmap and evaluate market opportunity aligned with core business and its adjacencies arenas
- Develop product design based on customer insights and personas from interviews with customers and experts for optimal product-market fit
Product Design & Delivery
- Work together with team members to turn vision into product roadmaps
- Create business case for next 5 years by clarifying requirements and expectations with stakeholders with regards to product commercialization and roll-out
- Develop product prototype together with team, and where possible identify and discuss collaboration opportunities with potential partners
Business Building
- Develop execution roadmap with business build plan and governance
- Propose founding team profile and roles required
- Create go-to-market plan and preparation
