Incube 4 will be held in Singapore in Q1 2023, subject to further changes.
No, there is no age limit. The program is open to everyone – regardless of age, department, or location! As long as you have the entrepreneurial spirit and are fluent in English we look forward to receiving your application.
Please know that this is not a traditional expatriate assignment. MANN+HUMMEL will provide basic lodging during the 10 weeks assignment. Travel cost will be also covered by MANN+HUMMEL. Further HR and logistical topics will be discussed with those applicants selected to participate in the program.
Your career will not only continue after Incube, but will strengthen from your leadership and knowledge gained from such a unique experience. Incube is no doubt a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity in personal development and challenges! After Incube is complete, possibilities for your employment include the potential continuation of working on the project's progress, moving back into your previous role, or perhaps doing something new within the MANN+HUMMEL world.
No, having an idea ready is not a pre-requisite to apply to the program. The selected team will to develop the challenge selected in this Incube program.
When you upload the video, please ensure to mark it as "unlisted." An unlisted video can only be seen by you and those that have the specific URL link. "Unlisted" videos will never appear in search engine results or appear in a YouTube search.

This is a submission that will add up to your overall application as we can hear and know you better. Share anything in the video, including for example your ambitions, ideas, or expectations of Incube 4 with us.
Incube is unlike a standard relocation. MANN+HUMMEL will not provide additional housing, rental cars or educational opportunities to family members of our Incube participants.
Participants of Incube 4 will begin their assignment in estimated Feb – Apr 2023.
This program is only open to employees under the MANN+HUMMEL group of companies. Please check with your Human Resource team if you need any clarity.
Your current work arrangements will be discussed with your immediate supervisor. You will return to the same or similar work function. Work evaluation will be based on your work performance during the tenure in your last job function.
Incube provides an excellent platform for you to get outside your routine work function, discover and execute new great ideas. This provides you an opportunity to go beyond the usual business, to shape and create the future of MANN+HUMMEL.
The HR team will update you once you are selected for the sprint.
