Investment in Growth Market: MANN+HUMMEL acquires helsa Functional Coating
- MANN+HUMMEL’s expands its product portfolio in the area of active charcoal and molecular filtration
- Important milestone on the path to becoming the leader in filtration
Ludwigsburg/Gefrees, September 22, 2020 – MANN+HUMMEL group today announced the completion of the takeover of helsa Functional Coating on September 21st, 2020. This business unit of the helsa group, founded in 1947, complements MANN+HUMMEL’s portfolio particularly in the area of elastomer and activated carbon technology for special industrial applications. No information concerning the purchase price has been disclosed.
