New Leadership Structure for MANN+HUMMEL’s Automotive Aftermarket
Ludwigsburg, June 10, 2020 – MANN+HUMMEL, a global leader in filtration, announced new responsibilities for the Automotive Aftermarket business unit.
With the clear goal to build a stronger customer focus, improve speed, and become more cost competitive, the global structure has been streamlined into three regional divisions. The following changes have been made:
Cedric Dackam (44) is appointed as Vice President Automotive Aftermarket Asia-Pacific, Middle East & Africa (AMEA) in addition to his current MEA-role. He joined MANN+HUMMEL in 2002 as a Filtration Engineer and worked in a variety of leading roles from Research & Development, Strategy to Innovation before recently heading the region Middle East and Africa.
Rodrigo Reyes (44) will continue to lead MANN+HUMMEL’s Automotive Aftermarket in the Americas region, and additionally takes on the global responsibility for Sales OES (Original Equipment Services). Reyes is a 22-year veteran of MANN+HUMMEL serving in various international roles, from OES Sales to Product Management and Marketing, to his latest role as Senior Vice President of the Automotive Aftermarket Americas group.
The responsibility for the Independent Aftermarket in Europe across all brands such as MANN-FILTER, Filtron and WIX will be assumed by Simon Frick (43), Vice President Sales IAM Europe. He joined MANN+HUMMEL in 2015 as Director Sales IAM Industrial Filtration and worked in several leading roles in the European sales department. Before, he worked for an international mechanical engineering company holding various sales leadership positions in Germany and Asia.

Dackam, Reyes and Frick will on an interim basis and until further notice directly report to Kurk Wilks in his interim role as President & General Manager Automotive Aftermarket.
