MANN+HUMMEL filtration solutions enable the fuel cell system to function properly and extend its service life. In recent years we have observed a trend towards fuel cell applications for heavy-duty and off-road applications and will therefore be presenting our new components, which are designed for system powers of up to 400 kW.

The humidifier from MANN+HUMMEL protects the fuel cell membranes against drying out. It provides this level of humidity by transfering water vapour from the exhaust air to the intake air. The flat-sheet membrane concept ensures a low pressure loss.

Powerful high-voltage batteries are the core of electric mobility. Our Venting Units VentPlus 2.0 ensure the protection of high-voltage batteries by preventing the ingress of water and dust into the battery system.

Excessively high temperatures due to continuous use can cause temporary shutdowns and reduced charging performance of DC fast charging stations. Our air and ion exchange filters prevent overheating and protect against short circuits of both air-cooled and liquid-cooled charging stations.
