About Daniela Lißon
As Director HR Corporate Functions, Daniela Lißon is the HR Business Partner of our Leadership Team. Together with her team, she makes sure that each position in the central functions is being owned by the right colleagues with adequate qualifications. Moreover, she is responsible for People Development and the Leadership Journey within MANN+HUMMEL - i.e. the continuous further development of our talents, top talents and managers and senior executives.
Especially intercultural competence and the understanding of different functions and their professional characteristics are important tools for Daniela to be successful in her job. This is what makes the job especially exciting.
