European Truck Racing Championship heading for season finale: MANN-FILTER and Steffen Faas looking forward to Jarama
The FIA European Truck Racing Championship is heading towards the home straight. Next weekend, elite truck drivers will meet to compete in the final race. Steffen Faas, who has been competing in a racing giant supported by MANN-FILTER the entire season, is looking forward to the grand finale.
Ludwigsburg, October 1, 2024 – The motorsport season is drawing to an end and the first weekend of October marks the final event of the FIA Truck European Championship on the racing calendar. The championship trophies will be awarded in Jarama, Spain, on Sunday. Premium filtration brand MANN-FILTER and the tankpool24 Racing Team are hoping for an exciting event and plenty of points to round things off.

Olé! MANN-FILTER truck on track in Spain!
The final race will take place on the Spanish “Circuito del Jarama” race track, which is only about 30 kilometers from the capital Madrid. Formula 1 races were held on this track until 1981. The circuit was fundamentally modernized in the 90s and is now known, above all, for its truck events.
The trucks will line up for the last race of the season this weekend on a circuit with around 3.850 km of asphalt featuring 14 tight bends. Steffen Faas' Scania Racing Truck in the eye-catching MANN-FILTER design will be fighting for the last points up for grabs.

MANN-FILTER racing driver Steffen Faas, who is not only behind the wheel of the tankpool24 Racing Team truck, but also manages the racing team off the track, is full of anticipation: "We've had an exciting racing season so far. The success at the start of the season in Misano was a real motivational boost and helped us overcome technical problems and bad luck throughout the season. I am looking forward to the last race. Together with my team, we will once again give it everything we've got. Our goal is to achieve the best possible result in the Chrome Championship and collect as many points as possible."
Steffen Faas has earned many points this season. And the 40-year-old has also jubilantly accepted trophies. The experienced truck driver has been on the podium on several occasions and given MANN-FILTER eventful and emotional moments.
